- The name chai point is derived from the word chai which is the Hindi word for tea. Chai point is an Indian tea company and cafe chain deals in only tea based beverages. Basically it is a startup of selling cup of teas through it's retail stores. They launched a service named chai on call which was launched 18 months ago. Chai point sells 1.7 lakh cups of teas.
- In round one of finding in September 2015. As October 2017 the company start selling their teas on amazon.in, making it there first foray into distribution via The e-Commerce platform chai point result total fund of $10Million.
